Mountain View is a gathering of believers who value praising Jesus, want to see the Holy Spirit work within worshipers, and hunger to understand and live by God’s Word.

At Mountain View, you can expect:

A warm greeting

A heartfelt greeting is part of what makes a church. No matter what question you might have, just ask. Our greeters are here to help you get settled and comfortable.

A safe place

We provide a safe and caring environment. Come worship God as you are. We value the heart, not the outward appearance.
We provide a wonderful, kid-friendly environment. All who work with kids have undergone background checks and are part of our church community.

Sunday mornings

We have two worship services on Sunday mornings, at 8:30 and 11:00. Both worship services begin with music. We love a variety of music, and many different people volunteer their gifts as an offering of service to the Lord. We use music to show our Lord how much we love and honor Him. The music is the same in both services.
After worshiping through song, we worship by opening the Bible. We teach through the Bible verse-by-verse, seeking to understand God’s message for us today.
Between the two services, from 10:00-10:50, Sunday school is offered to all age groups. Nursery care for little ones under age 2 is available throughout the morning. Children’s church is available for ages 2-5 during second service. We value families worshiping together, so kids are dismissed after the singing concludes.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original writings, and we value the fact that there are several great translations in the English language. While some translations are better than others, we encourage you to bring the Bible translation you are used to.

Truth

The Bible tells us to speak the truth in love. The Bible is God’s truth. At Mountain View, we seek to explore, understand and apply God’s truth to our lives at every level in a spirit of love. You will find a growing variety of resources to help you grow in God’s truth.
