Passage:  Ephesians Ch. 1-3

Big Idea:  Know who you are in Christ and boldly approach the God of Grace.

I. Thank God for all He has given us. (Ch.1)
      A. We are adopted by the Father.
      B. We are redeemed by Christ.
      C. We are sealed by the Spirit – giving us hope for the future.
      D. Understand who you are in Him and who He is for us.

II. Awareness of sin brings appreciation for grace. (Ch. 2)
      A. We are God’s masterpiece in God’s masterplan.
      B. God’s family is marked by unity and peace.
      C. We are designed to be God’s home.

III. God provides strength and encouragement for today’s battles. (Ch.3)
      A. The mystery is that Jew and Gentile become one in Christ.
      B. The goal is for all of us to become like Jesus.
      C. Don’t fret the small things and boldly pray about the big things.
