I. The Authority by which we make disciples is Christ’s authority (18)
            A.  Christ’s authority is divine and all-encompassing
            B.  It provides us comfort
            C.  It reminds us of who is in charge

II. The way we make disciples (19-20a)
            A.  In order to make disciples you first have to go (19)
            B.  Baptism is an essential part of disciple-making (19)
            C.  We must teach, both on an individual and Church level (20a)

III. The encouragement of making disciples (20b)
            A.  Christ is with us
            B.  We have the Holy Spirit (cf. John 14:16; Luke 12:11-12)
            C.  God is the one to give the growth, not us (cf. 1 Cor. 3:6-7)
