Passage:  Psalm 91

Main Point:  Those who only fear God will fear nothing else.

I. God is a Protector.  (1-2)
            A. Those who choose God receive a great reward.
            B. The wise person will make this choice.

II. God’s protection covers all of life.  (3-13)
            A. He protects His Own from common tragedies.
            B. He protects those who trust.
            C. He protects according to His perfect will.
            D. He protects according to His perfect plan.

III. God’s protection is based on our commitment to Him.  (14-16)
            A. He responds to the believer’s devotion.
            B. He answers because He is called.
            C. He enables us to rest in Him.
