Main Point:  God’s invites you with unrelenting mercy to turn to Him.

I. God’s mercy brings renewal.  (v 1-4)
            A. God is a patient teacher.
            B. God’s judgment wakes you up to sin’s consequence.
            C. The message of judgment is about a merciful God.

II. People hunger for truth and mercy.  (v 5-8)
            A. Salvation begins with simple faith.
            B. A nation calling on God begins at home.

III. God’s mercy is continually available.  (v 9-10)
            A. God does not change or lie.
            B. You receive mercy if you turn to God.
            C. You have been forgiven much.
