Passage:  Philippians 2

Main Point:  Consider others more important than yourself.

I. Unity is preserved through humility.  (v1-11)
            A. Unity is worth protecting.
            B. Humility’s best example is Jesus.  Philippians 2:3

II. Unity requires diligent care.  (v12-18)
            A. The church labors to produce unity.  Philippians 2:12, Acts 7:25, 13:26, 13:47, 16:17, 27:34, Hebrews 11:7
            B. The church displays a better way to reach the goal.

III. Unity is the fruit of sacrificial love.  (v19-30)
            A. We never do the Christian life alone.
            B. We serve one another like a family.
