Passage:  Matthew 21:23-46

Main Point:  You are responsible for the light you’ve been given.

I. Some refuse to see what is plainly before them.  (23-27)
            A. The priests and elders challenged Jesus.
            B. Jesus refused to answer a dishonest question.

II. Sin does not disqualify you from eternal life.  (28-32)
            A. One son rebelled and then obeyed.
            B. One son agreed and then disobeyed.
            C. The one who believes is the one who obeys.

III. Those refusing to believe lose their opportunity.  (33-46)
            A. God makes a great offer.
            B. Some reject God’s message.
            C. Trust in Jesus and inherit the future.
