Main Point:  Humbly turn and boldly come to the table of Grace.

I. Respond humbly.  (4:1-9)
            A. The law reveals my shame.  (v 1-3, 8)
            B. Don’t cover up with comforts of the world. (v4)
            C. The law requires a royal intervention.  (v8)

II. Turn from self-preservation.  (4:10-17)
            A. Esther was afraid she might die.  (v11)
            B. Under the law, you are already dead. (v13)
            C. God will accomplish His plan with or without you.  (v14)
            D. Choose God’s plan.  (v14b-16)

III. Come without reservation.  (5:1-5)
            A. Clothe yourself with Christ. (v1; cf. Zech. 3:4; Gal. 3:27)
            B. Access to God is based on relationship.  (v2)
            C. Listen to the invitation.  (v3-4)
            D. Worship Jesus.  (v5)
