Passage:  Matthew 19:13-30

Main Point:  All that really matters is having a relationship with Jesus.

I. Children show us how to trust.  (13-15)
            A. The disciples rebuked the parents.
            B. The Lord instructed the disciples.

II. The rich man trusts the wrong thing.  (16-22)
            A. He has a desire for God.
            B. But he justifies himself before God.
            C. Jesus exposed his idolatry.

III. A believer trusts in the right One.  (23-30)
            A. Wealth and power can be great obstacles.
            B. One following Christ will not regret the decision.
