Passage:  Matthew 21:1-22

Main Point:  Jesus Christ causes everyone to choose life or death.

I. Jesus arrives the day prophesied 500 years earlier.  (1-11)
            A. The King arrives on a donkey.
            B. The King arrives according to Scripture.
            C. The King arrives to the cheers of believers.

II. Jesus forces a choice to be made.  (12-17)
            A. The King reclaims the temple.
            B. The King exposes the unbelief of the priests.

III. Jesus shows the result of the choice made.  (18-22)
            A. The King reveals the future for Israel.
            B. The King encourages the faith of believers.
