Passage:  Romans 2:17-29

Main Point:  Jesus must be on the throne of your heart.

I. We have been given much.  (17-20)
            A. We have knowledge of the will of God.
            B. We have become a light to mankind.

II. To those given much, much is required.  (21-24)
            A. Our walk must agree with our talk.
            B. We can actually bring shame on God’s name.

III. The condition of our heart concerns God.  (25-29)
            A. The external things can be made meaningless.
            B. The heart must be the throne of Jesus.
