Main Point:  God is patient while we learn to do life His way.

I. Rebellion leads to ruin.  (Chap 1)
            A. Jonah heard God’s call and ran away.
            B. Rebellion only leads to an unsettled heart.

II. Repentance leads to renewal.  (Chap 2-3)
            A. Jonah repented and God rescued.
            B. Nineveh repented and God relented.

III. Revenge leads to rage.  (Chap 4)
            A. Jonah allowed anger to rule his heart.
            B. We do best when we grasp the mercy of God.
