Passage:  Ephesians 4:17-24

Big Idea:  Keep coming to the cross and find contentment in Christ.

I.  Stop pursuing pleasure and avoiding pain. (17-19)
                A. Contentment comes through Christ and the cross.
                B. Sin is willful.
                C. Sin stops us from seeing straight.
                D. I need to feel the pain of sin.

II.  Keep pursuing Christ. (20-24)
                A. The process begins with the Gospel.
                B. Depend on and submit to Jesus.
                C. Daily dismantle and discard what is already dead.
                D. Sink into the finished work of Jesus.
