Main Point:  Faith in God’s grace brings hope to heavy hearts.

I. Faith responds to truth with expectation.  (v1-3)
            A. God knows your story.  (v2)
            B. God’s Word is true.  (v2)
            C. Expect God to be active in your life.  (v3)

II. Grace cannot be earned.  (v4-17)
            A. Grace begins with God’s love for you.  (v4-7)
            B. Grace flows to you through Jesus Christ.  (v8-9, 14-16)
            C. Grace satisfies the soul.  (v10-13, 14, 18)

III. Grace transforms worry into hope.  (v17-23)
            A. Grace in your life puts hope on display.  (v17-18)
            B. Jesus transforms worriers into worshipers.  (v19-20)
            C. Reading the Bible strengthens hope.  (v21-23)
