Passage:  2 Corinthians 5:1-21

Main Idea: Our future gain is far greater than today’s pain.

I. God promises a new body and great glory.  (1-8)
            A. We all know the groan of this earthly body.
            B. We live with courage now, awaiting glory then.

II. Therefore, we live to please God in everything.  (9-13)
            A. We anticipate the Judgment Seat of Christ.
            B. Therefore, we appeal to everyone, trust in Jesus.

III. All glory belongs to Jesus Christ.  (14-21)
            A. With love, we see the potential of every person.
            B. God, in Christ reconciles the believer to Himself.
            C. Every Christian is an ambassador of Jesus Christ.
