Passage:  Psalm 132:1-18

Main Point:  The God of grace deserves my faith, praise and obedience.

I. I will give God His rightful place in my life. (1-5)
            A. Grace is so much more than forgiveness.
            B. I have been given a place in God’s family.

II. I can enter God’s presence with joyful worship.  (6-9)
            A. Sin disrupts relationship and distorts worship.
            B. God provided the way for us to meet with Him.

III. God proved Himself faithful. (10-12)
            A. We appeal to God through Jesus, the son of David.
            B. The faithful Son established the New Covenant.

IV. I will trust in God’s provision and timing.  (13-18)
            A. David submitted his plans and desires to God.
            B. Psalm 132 points to the 1^st and 2^nd coming of Christ.
            C. Believers are now priests who should sing aloud for joy!
