Passage:  Acts, 1 Corinthians, 1 and 2 Timothy

Main Point:  Keep on remembering to trust the Lord in all things.

I. Life in Christ is filled with challenges and lessons.
            A. Timothy saw a lot, learned a lot and did a lot.
                        1.  He joined a daring missionary team.  Acts 16:1
                        2.  He witnessed violent persecution.  Acts 16:16-24
                        3.  He witnessed a riot in Corinth.  Acts 18:5
                        4.  He was sent to correct problems in Corinth.  1 Cor. 4:17
                        5.  He protected the church at Ephesus.  1 Tim 1:3, 4:12
                        6.  He had personal health problems all along.  1 Tim 5:23
            B. In all of our Christian life, we must keep on trusting God.

II. We remember to trust the Lord in all things.  (2 Timothy 1:3-7)
            A. Remember the choice you made to trust Christ.  (v 3-6)
            B. Recognize the source of fear.  (v7)
            C. Trust in the God who sees you and watches over you.  (v7)
