I. God sees the heart of a nation.  (Chap 1-3)
            A. People are accountable for Godly conduct.
                        1. They dream up wickedness.  v2:1
                        2. They seize the property of others.  v2:2
                        3. They work to silence the preachers.  v2:6
            B. Leaders are accountable for Godly conduct.
                        1. They tax the people into poverty.  v3:1-3
                        2. The religious leaders serve themselves.  v3:4-7
                        3. The political leaders are corrupt.  v3:11

II. God redeems those who trust in Him.  (Chap 4-5)
            A. God is the One who satisfies.  v4:1-4
            B. The Messiah will rule with greatness.  v5:2-4

III. Sin brings sorrow but God is our hope.  (Chap 6-7)
            A. Micah sums up three things God seeks.  v6:6-8.
            B. Families are fractured.  v7:5-6
            C. God will never break His promise.  v7:18-20
