Passage:  Revelation 13:11-18

Main Point:  Worship to God is freely given because of His great love for us.

I. The false prophet serves the dragon.  (11)
            A. He looks like a lamb but he sounds like a dragon.
                        1.  1^st beast is anti-Christ
                        2.  2^nd beast is the false prophet
                        3.  Dragon (Satan) gives 1^st beast his power
                        4.  Satan is attempting to replicate the trinity
                        5.  The “Rapture” means “catching up” – the start of the tribulation
            B. He comes from the earth.
                        1.  1^st beast from sea  (gentiles)
                        2.  2^nd beast from earth (Jewish?)

II. The false prophet leads the worship of the antichrist.   (12-15)
            A. He requires people to worship the first beast
            B. He deceives people with great signs.
            C. He creates an image to be worshipped.

III. The number of the beast is 666.   (16-18)
            A. He forces people to be marked.
            B. His identity can be calculated as 666.

            Conclusion.
                        1.  We worship God freely and not compelled.
                        2.  We invite others freely and not compelled.
