Main Point:  God wants us to both work and trust.

I. God is our strength.
            A. God delivers Israel from a strong enemy.
            B. God still rescues His children.

II. God empowers our efforts.
            A. Joshua fought and Moses prayed.
            B. Faith is the engine for effort.

III. The victory belongs to God.
            A. God is not your genie.
            B. But God is willing to be your friend.
