Passage:  Romans 10:14-21

Main Point:  An obedient believer declares the gospel of Christ no matter what the response.

I. Unbelievers must hear the Good News.  (v 14-15)
            A. They cannot call on someone they do not believe in.
            B. They cannot believe in someone they do not know.
            C. They cannot know unless someone tells them.
            D. Someone cannot tell them unless they are sent.

II. Some unbelievers will not respond.  (v 16-17)
            A. Not every ear listens with faith.
            B. Faith comes from hearing the message of Jesus.

III. Those who fail to believe cannot blame God.  (v 18-21)
            A. They have heard but did not listen.
            B. They understand but do not believe.
            C. They are accountable for their unbelief.
                        1. Some responded when they were not even looking.
                        2. God is always seeking the lost.
