Main Point:  The sovereignty of God is a comfort to the believer.

            A. Some feel a need to defend God.
            B. God is not the author of evil.

III. God’s sovereignty is our comfort.
            A. Sometimes our trials glorify God.
            B. Sometimes our trials help us grow.
            C. Sometimes our trials are for sin.
            D. Sometimes we just don’t know.
