Passage:  Matthew 5:31-48

Main Point:  God’s children reflect God’s grace to a fallen world.

I. God’s holiness is a high standard.  (31-37)
            A. He has already addressed anger and lust.
            B. Divorce violates God’s design and will.
            C. Promises must be kept without deceit.

II. God’s creatures fall short of His holiness.  (38-45)
            A. Don’t’ try to get even with evil.
            B. God has grace for all His creatures.

III. Reflect God’s grace to His creatures.  (46-48)
            A. Anyone can love the lovely.
            B. Let God use you to love the wicked.
