Passage:  Genesis 16:1-16

Main Point:  God knows your need.

I. El-Roi means “The God Who Sees”.
         A. Definition:  The God who sees, He is looking out for us.
         B. Example:  Life Guard – observing for the purpose of rendering aid.

II. El-Roi shows God’s concern.
         A. Hagar runs from Sarah.  (Genesis 16:13)
         B. She has nowhere to go.
         C. God tells her to return and submit.

III. El-Roi sees your need.
         A. God supplies our needs.  (Matthew 6:31)
         B. God supplies in amazing ways.
         C. God’s ways are best.

IV. Differences between the world and the Lord.
