Main Idea: The death of Christ is my defense, and His life is my hope.

I. Take up your position.
            A. God’s grace makes us enemies of Satan.
            B. Every area of life is a battleground.
            C. Take up what God has provided for victory.

II. Take your stand in the death of Christ.
            A. The armor belongs to Messiah Jesus.
            B. Our victory is located in Christ.

III. The Gospel is the armor of God.
            A. Have confidence in the truth of the Gospel.
                        (1 Tim. 6:20; 2 Tim. 1:13; 2:2, 15; 3:7; 4:3-4)
            B. Have confidence in the power of the Gospel.
                        (1 Cor. 1:17-18, 21)
            C. Eternity hangs on what you believe.
