I. Background.
            A. Paul’s in prison and his memories & desires are leaking out.  The Last Will & Testament of a man on death row!

II. How to Develop Our Spiritual Gift/s?
            A. The Do’s & Don’ts of Developing Your Spiritual Gift/s.
                        “The Do’s” – (do this…)  God’s Word instructs us to respond to His gracious gift/s.
                        1.  “Stir up” – “Fan into flame” or “kindle afresh” the gift God has given you  (2 Timothy 1:6)
                        2.  Think soberly about  how God has gifted you.  (Romans 12:3)

            B. “The Don’ts”  (don’t do this…):
                        1.  Don’t neglect your gift/s…  (1 Timothy 4:16)
                        2.  Don’t think more highly of yourself than you ought as you prepare to use your gift.  (Romans 12:3)
                        3.  Examples this last week in the family at Mountain View.
                        4.  This afternoon 3:30 p.m. Church Family Business Meeting –  welcoming new members.
